ARTIST SUBMISSION WAIVER & RELEASE
By submitting content electronically or signing below, you agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Submission
Submission is voluntary and creates no employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
2. Release
You release Vista Radio Ltd. from any claims arising from hosting, streaming, broadcasting, or promoting your Submitted Content.
3. Label Protection Clause
If you later enter into a record label, distribution, or publishing agreement, neither you nor your representatives will pursue Vista for past hosting or broadcasts. You may request removal at any time.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Vista against any copyright, contractual, or third-party claims related to your submission.
