malc. & Gab Lavoie

Please note that this song is a collaboration between two artists: malc., and Gab Lavoie. See the joint artist bio below:

malc., aka Daniel Jubas-Malz, is a boy from Toronto, ON doing his best. He often explores lyrical themes that focus on the many different types of relationships we have in life, the ambivalence in overcoming codependence, and the internal tension that comes with the decision to self-advocate in the face of feelings of doubt.

Gab Lavoie is a Franco-Ontarian keyboardist, drummer, and producer originally from North Bay, ON, now based in Toronto, on. With beginnings in RCM classical piano, french-language cover bands, and releasing an instrumental synth album back in 2014 under the alias Aurum Fusion, Gab now works with artists of all genres in Toronto, including artists/projects such as Kings of Our Kin, Lattitude, malc., teté, TIBO, and aniqa dear. He particularly loves synths and brain-bending rhythms!

“2am (Again Again Again),” released in July of 2025, is the first single from an upcoming collaborative, joint EP between malc. and Gab Lavoie. The track features lush, ambient synthesizers that encase the listener in old, familiar feelings from a regrettable chapter in their lives.
